Thierry Gillier, the founder and CEO of Zadig & Voltaire, decided to open a 5-star luxury hotel in Paris, located between the Opéra Garnier and the Tuileries Garden. This hotel, called “Château Voltaire” as a tribute to the brand, consists of 32 rooms as well as an appartment overlooking the Opéra and the Parisian rooftops.

By giving the artistic design of the hotel to Franck Durand and its decor to the Festen architectural duo, the businessman has made a commitment to artists who share his vision of luxury and elegance.
The space delivers its own perception of the present, a fantasy of the Parisian charm made of noble materials and fine craftsmanship under the supervision of the Festen architectural duo.

THE APARTMENT

Crowning the building, the 40 m² apartment is a castle within the castle, that unfolds around a private dining room, a garden and a terrace designed by the landscape designer Louis Benech. Named after his son, Emil, the hotel’s brasserie brings back the typical and known atmosphere of Parisian brasseries!

Opening hours :

  • Breakfast from 7am to 10:30am
  • Lunch from 12pm to 2:30pm
  • Dinner from 7pm to 10:30pm

THE COQUILLE D’OR BAR

Inspired by the symbolic 16th century pattern that decorates one of the corners of the building, La Coquille d’Or (The Golden Shell) should be your new favorite spot in the Saint-Honoré district. This cocktail bar, as discreet as it is welcoming, captures the pleasant atmosphere of Château Voltaire in a first-class menu intended for Parisians and visitors alike.
