Exchange Policy

  • All completed orders are non-refundable. However, you may exchange or return an item against online credits by filling the below form.
  • Kindly contact us within 3 working days of delivery, if you wish to return or exchange any product.
  • Products bought on FashionClap can be exchanged online and in-stores:
    – Full-priced items can be exchanged according to invoice value within 15 days from the day you received your order.
    – Sale items can be exchanged according to invoice value within 7 days from the day you received your order.
    – Final Sale items cannot be exchanged nor returned.
  • Items can be exchanged or returned against online credit provided they are unused, with all original tags and designer labels still attached, and in their original packaging. Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be processed. 
  • If you wish to return the item you bought, your account will be credited with FashionClap online credits, valid for a period of 3 months. To return the item please fill in the below form.
  • Please note that any exchange or return needs to be physically delivered back to us before you can make a new order, and that the related return shipping costs and custom duties are at the expense of the client.
